Dear Brother,

I have received a letter from your wife, Mary A. Billings, of Manti City, complaining of your neglect of her and asking for a Bill of Divorce. She says you have sent her word that she can have a Bill; but you have refused to let her have the things which she has had for her use. I recommend you to let her have the things which she wants.
