Dear Brother:

Your letter of the 7th inst., asking for the loan of 20 bushels of Wheat, has been received.

Your better way will be to look to your Bishop for the help which you need, or it may be that by looking around among the brethren you may be able to obtain it from them. I am not in a position myself, as Trustee-inTrust, to loan you this amount of Wheat out of the Tithing.
