Your favor of the 3rd has just been received. In relation to the case of Bro. Damron and his wife, which you furnish me a report of, my feelings are that there should be no division of the property; if the mother keeps the children, she should have the property which she has in her hands to sustaining them.

The good report which you furnish me of affairs in your Ward is very gratifying.
