Dear Sister

Your letter of the 14th instant, complaining of the treatment of your husband to yourself and children, has been received.

I shall refer this matter to your Bishop, who can investigate it and report to me, and if he can settle it, all right, and if anything more is needed I can then decide upon it. But my opinion is that you will have to get a divorce and have your property divided.
