Dear Brother:

Your favor of March 23d, on the subject of selling out your place and moving into Beaver, has been received, and would have been answered earlier had not the business of Conference occupied our attention.

Under the circumstances it will probably be better for you to dispose of your place and move into some settlement where you will have more rest and better opportunities of schooling your children.

As soon as I can I will send somebody to buy you out.
