Dear Brother:--

Your letter of the 1Oth instant, on the subject of some land adjoining Bishop West's farm, South of Ogden City, which you state belongs to you but which has been surveyed to me, has been received.

In reply thereto I have to state that I do not want the land, if you will occupy it and make good use of it.

I never did want it for myself but to the poor have it to cultivate, you can go ahead and dispose of it to suit yourself.
