Dear Brother:-

Enclosed please find a copy of a letter sent to me by Bro. Lindquist the Cabinet Maker.

He has since called upon me respecting the matter therein referred to and wishes a settlement. I have told him that I would write to you and send you a copy of his letter and request you to come down and bring whatever papers or witnesses you may have to explain the contract and that you could then come together and arrange the matter.
